Melina Katikaridis (she/her) is currently finalizing her masters’ project in agroecology at SLU, in which she connects animal rights theory, more specifically the idea of domesticated animal citizens, to agroecology. While taking the course “feminist environmental humanities“ at LiU, she discovered the hub, which immediately called to her. She was happy to support the hub in setting up the communication tool Slack. Apart from her academic life, together with two friends, she owns and runs a vegan and organic ice-cream parlor in Munich, Germany.
