Now the leaves are starting to turn here in Sweden, it’s once again time to read together! To start things off for the term ahead, we’ll be reading two short essays from Silvia Federici’s Re-enchanting the World. The book explores the idea of the commons in different ways, but we’ll be focusing specifically on “The University: A Knowledge Common?” and “Feminism and the Politics of the Commons in an Era of Primitive Accumulation”.  You can download the pdf here.

If you’d like to keep going and read more, I’ve also included the essay “Marxism, Feminism, and the Commons”. But this one is entirely optional!
